RULING United Party for National Development (UPND) has rejected and since written the Ministry of Information via Cabinet office in Lusaka to exclude Musicians from the Kalandanya Music Promotion stable, Kachepa360 understands.
The UPND through its Party CEO alias Secretaru General Imenda Batuke say they wish to provide their preferred musicians as guest artists that will grace the inauguration of the Seventh President Hakainde Hichilema.
Earlier during the day, PS Information and Broadcasting Amos Malupenga excluded UPND artists from hosting the event as he earlier indicated that a contract had been signed by his Ministry with Kalandanya Music promotion.
Kalandanya music stable was heavily involved with the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) where each artist under its belt was getting paid as much as K43,000 per act/performance all for singing praise songs for outgoing President Edgar Chagwa Lungu
