UPND has shown failure in one month

The biggest score for the UPND since they formed government has been the issue of removing cadres.
And now they have backtracked on that and want to do the same thing they condemned all these years… We had given them 6 months and that the cadres would be back if they won’t be strong, but looks like it has only taken one month… The issue about cadres is simply an employment issue .
Let them find jobs for these young people, either under the council to help with the collection of revenue that should go directly to the council, while they get their salaries per month, or just jobs somewhere else…. It is a fact that revenue collection in the bus stations and markets needs a lot of man power, and currently the council is overwhelmed and failing to meet that, so the council just has to employ some of these people to help with this task…
