RE: THREATS ON THE LIFEOF THE PARTY VICE PRESIDENT BY THE KNOWN
POLITICAL PARTY CADRES

The above matter refers.

I wish to bring to your attention a group of known political party cadres who are threatening the life of our Party Vice President, Hon. Given Lubinda.

The life threats amount to harassment and intimidation on our Party Vice President and as such we wish to request that your office take action against the culprits as seen in the enclosed video through the memory stick.
